Terms and Conditions for Property Potential Service

It is essential that the limitations and terms of service are understood and agreed before engaging our services. Booking our services presumes your agreement to these terms.

1. Property Potential Overview

The principal objective of the Property Potential service is to present design options for renovation and/or extension of the specified property type.

2. Scope – What the Service Includes

i) Property Potential may include the following, depending on the property type and design potential: –

  • Property image with architectural design overlay
  • Property sketch with alterations
  • 3D sketch model
  • Virtual tour
  • Internal images
  • Floor plan

3. Client Obligations

Clients must understand and accept both the terms and conditions and the limitations of the service before booking.

4. Limitations of Service

i) The design options provided are based on the specified property type.

ii) The service is available for use by and available through selling agents.

iii) All measurements and dimensions are approximate and intended for general informational purposes only. They should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice or accurate surveying.

iv) Apartments are not included in the service.

5. Price and Payment

i) The price of services will be determined on request. The price includes VAT at the current rate.

ii) Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

6. Property Potential – Issue

i) The Property Potential options are issued by email to the email address advised by the client at the time of booking. The email will contain a link to a secure site, where the file can be viewed.

ii) The design options will be available within 5 working days of booking.

7. Data Protection

We adhere to GDPR and other relevant data protection laws. Personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of the survey and will not be shared without client consent, except as required by law. Data will be stored securely and disposed of responsibly when no longer needed. 

8. Consumer Rights

Clients retain all statutory rights as prescribed under consumer protection laws and the Consumer Rights Act 2022, however, clients are required to consult with their legal advisor to fully understand and accept the extent, limitations and exclusions of this service before exchanging contracts.

9. Liability, Confidentiality, and Ownership

i) Liability is limited to a maximum amount equal to the fee paid for the service.

ii) Ownership of the Property Potential images pass to the client upon receipt of full payment.

10. Complaints Policy

i) In the event of a dispute, clients are required to contact us directly for resolution. Review our complaints policy here.

By booking and paying for this service, clients acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

13. Termination

i) The Client may terminate an Agreement but must give a minimum of two working days’ notice.

ii) If a cancellation takes place after the booking has been confirmed we reserve the right to charge up to 25% of the quotation total where work has commenced before the cancellation is notified.
